The new Maths-Science branch and seven other branches assisted by GCERT, Gandhinagar in District Institute of Education and Training is working since 1999. This branch is established with the main idea of effective education of science, and to update the science education among primary, secondary and higher secondary students, teachers and Lecturers of Panchmahal District. To achieve this goal and to implement various programmes effectively and fast a Maths-Science committee is also established which can be regarded as major step in this direction.
